This twin tower residential complex is conceived as a landmark on the prestigious Arabian Gulf road in Kuwait City. The project features two sea facing towers of 21 and 18 storeys respectively with a connected plaza and a double basement.

We designed the plaza in between the towers with a sunken court with built-in seating. One's eyes, while seated, sees an infinite horizon as the water mirror visually reaches out to the sea, hiding the busy street in between. The towers seem to gently rise from this water mirror and connect with the skies

By manipulating the massing and the facade, we ensured that all the rooms in all the apartments have a sea view. The living spaces have panoramic views of the sea and strategically placed balconies to enjoy that spectacular sunset.

Each tower has a selection of one and two bedroom apartments with an open plan kitchen and optimized spatial planning to enable a technologically enhanced modern lifestyle. On the upper floors, 3 bedroom apartments with a large living and dining space with 2 large balconies take full advantage of the spectacular sea views. A duplex penthouse crowns each of the two towers with a private pool and large indoor and outdoor social spaces to facilitate tasteful upscale living.
